Who am I?

My name is Hans Petter. I live in Norway and have always been an active person. When I was young, I started skating, longboarding and playing football. Football was not my thing, and the journey continued; I tried basketball and swimming. I tried many different martial arts before I ended whit Hapkido, Kickboxing, and MMA. Before covid-19, I got myself a coach; the plan was to bet on MMA, get a name for myself, and shoot for the UFC. But as I mentioned, covid-19 hit, and we went into lockdown. During this period, I met my ex; this was my first relationship and lasted one and a half years. It hit me hard when we broke up; I did not say that to too many people and held a facade. During this period, I also had become skinny and was not the same size and mussel mass; that's when my strength training journey started.

Why did I start the blog?

When I started training, I got hooked five days a week every week, and it is the same to this day. Since then, my love for training has bloomed, and training is the most significant part of my life. Fellow gymrats are the most supportive and genuine people I have met. They have so much information that should be shared, so I decided to now start this blog.

What is the blog's content?

In this blog, I will post tips and tricks from my journey, give reviews and thoughts on different supplements, equipment, what food that's best for cutting or bulking and more. In the last months, I have been looking at different types of training than just weight lifting. I will post it here so you guys can read and get a better idea of what kind of training you would like the best and benefit from the most. And also get a better understanding of what goes into each of these types of exercise. There will also be posts about Mindset and how important this is for everything you want to accomplish and master, not just in training.

Who is my target audience?

This blog's target audience is those who want to jump into the fitness world, either if you're starting or don't know where. Or for the people who already are training and want to read about what they love, maybe they're searching for tips on doing specific exercises to get better performance. And for people who possibly have advice for other people who are starting and want some guidance.

What is this blog all about?

This blog aims to create a community of sharing and supportive gymrats that are well educated and informed on how to handle and have fun whit the journey to either just staying healthy or get the greek god physics. We will get there together; this blog will get all the gymrats together where everyone can get involved by sending in your one experience whit this type of training or tricks you picked up on the way. Wich also will be researched so you can get a scientific and better understanding of why these tips and tricks work.

In that case, you can provide supportive or constructive comments on the post so we together can grow our Knowledge about health, fitness, wellbeing, and growing gains.
